The HP TouchSmart laptops were the first I considered before deciding to go with the Sony Vaio. The reason why I backed off the Touchsmart was because of the extremely bulky size even though it was only 12 inches. Well, HP probably got my message because they slimmed down the new tm2. Another feature is the uni-touchpad which I’m not sure on how it works.
Super sharp looking laptop though plus I’m sure the power performance is pretty much up there. The base models is $947 and it will come out Jan. 17th. Look to spend a couple hundreds more to get the right upgrade to the computer. Other than that, the touchsmart screen which responds to touch and pen is pretty freakin’ awesome!
