I just finished reading this great article on Manny Pacquiao written by Andrew Corsello/GQ.  Why did I call this post “Manny Pacquiao’s entourage”?  Because that is what you get.  In Manny Pacquiao’s circle, there is his father that had abandoned him and ate his dog, Maguindanao massacre, a Canadian slave, stolen money, foregiveness, death over karaoke, smashed penises, Liger (tiger mating with a lion), a lion’s death from cardiovascular disease from fucking too much, and the list goes on…… Oh did I also mention that the closest in his entourage gets to watch Manny fall asleep after being tucked in by the Canadian slave?  Even Corsello was allowed to see this and he had a sudden urge to protect him.  I don’t know how to explain this article other than that it was a tremendous piece.  We get to see what Manny Pacquiao is all about through the characters around him.  He barely said anything in his interview other than him involving God, and asking Corsello, “Does this not interest you?”  Oh it does Manny, your entourage is fucking nuts and I seriously hope you have endless amount of money to keep these guys interested in you.  Because after reading this, I wouldn’t trust any of these lunatics, especially that Canadian that is watching you sleep.

I did not realize that NBC’s Thursday Night Comedy was for hipsters?  I guess I am one then.  The hilarious Joel McHale stars in the NBC comedy Community, which I thought was going to canceled.  The American audience usually doesn’t have my taste in entertainment.  Look at Conan for example.  Asshole middle America that loves good unoffensive watered down comedies.

Ah, the warmer months!  Time to break out the short sleeve shirts and store away your sweaters.  The price range from $150 to $200….. yikes!  There are alternative brands that are about 60% cheaper but if you are looking for higher quality, than these are the shirts to get.  You can check out more info at inventorymagazine.com.

My philosophy on living right now is to wake up around 10 am, make a cup of freshly grinded, homebrewed coffee, check emails, go work out, play Modern Warfare 2 online, do as little as possible, and enjoy life.  That’s just my weekday!

With so much time on my hands, I develop hobbies.  The hobbie I am currently playing around with is beer.  During the week, I would make trips to BevMo! to gather any interesting beer that I have never tasted.  I am becoming a beer enthusiast.  I hate the watered down light beers that poor people love to pursue.  I remember drinking 18 Bud Lights without even flinching.  That’s crap.  It should only take 3 beers to get a buzz.

That’s why I prefer darker beers.  The ones that have a distinct taste.  Fat Tire, Pyramid, Guiness just to name a few have a distinct taste.  But my preference is Sam Adams.  It has the freshest beer taste around and for years, I have neglected it because of it being labeled an “American beer” ie. Coors, Miller, Bud.

So my pursuit for all fine beers available, I am glad to see this article at coolhunting.com introducing Kelpie Seaweed Ale, Morimoto Soba Ale, and Prima Pils.  These three new beer will be on my list the next time I visit BevMo!

I don’t know what’s going on.  Seriously, this video is meant for people that suffers from A.D.D.  Wait a minute, that is Wally Champ’s demographic readers!  I believe you get to learn a sex position which involves a chair from OMGIA (pronounced O – M – Gia) and you get to name her sex doll through Twitter.  I’m going to call it slut bucket.  That’s for you Dana Young!

I have been debating if I should purchase an eBook reader for a couple weeks now. Well that debate is closed as of today because of Gizmodo’s excellent review of the subject. I am a casual reader that enjoys looking through classic to new literature books, but I’m also a guy that likes to carry less stuff. You move faster when you have less in your backpack (Thank you George Clooney from Up in the Air).  So looking through the possible selections of books that I might be seeing if I had purchase, say a Kindle; it was downright horrible. I hate autobiographies ie. Sarah Palin’s book, or any other book that talks about themselves and political ideas. Ugh… where is Heart of Darkness, or Things Fall Apart?!

Gizmodo does a fantastic job of breaking down the technical problems and eventual poor investment of the eBook readers. This has further pushed me to reject these readers and to go with putting my money into a brand new car stereo that plays mp3’s and DVD. You can check out the article at gizmodo.com

I’m glad that clip was included in the Magaggie  gag.  Short and funny.

Everybody is dogging Robert Downey Jr. about what he wore at the Oscars but I actually like it.  The only thing I wasn’t cool with is the blue shaded Frogskins; he should have went with black.  I thought the black/white sneakers looked good and the blue bow tie was sharp.  The lapels are too wide and his pants look a little too long.  Other than that, I’m digging the style.  Would I wear that too the Oscars?  Fuck no.  But if I was Iron Man?  Yes.
