I never pay much attention to Olivia Munn mainly because she kept doing shoots for Complex Magazine… I hate Complex. But I did catch Munn on The Daily Show and she was pretty funny. Plus my friend Erik is in love with her. Like, “having to worry about stalking” in love with her. Tam on the other hand, hates her because she takes advantage of nerds, financially and sexually. I on the other hand, will give her props for posing in my favorite magazine in the world.

I was kind of skeptical on this Android collabo with Supply Circuit, but damn, these look pretty good.  These are released only through Karmaloop September 4th, 2010.  If you happen to be in the Boston area, they are doing a release party this Friday at 8-10 pm.  RSVP can be made at events@karmaloop.com.

I’m usually not a fan of UNDFTD but I will say that this collabo with New Balance looks pretty good.  The canvas features the sweater fleece fabric which looks sharp.  I also like the pastel color soles which is contrasts well with this canvas.  The Sonic 574 comes in two colors of gray and black.  Look for these September 18, 2010 at your closest UNDFTD stores.  Retail price is $75.  Pretty good price!

Wow, this site is starting to feel like a esé site… homes! The PR machine for the new movie Machete is still going on with Danny Trejo being followed and documented on what he means to the Mexican community. I would rather prefer they follow Jessica Alba or Michelle Rodriguez around but oh well.

My favorite Danny Trejo character of all time? Ocatavio, Dale Dribble’s right hand man from King of the Hill. “Ocatavio will mess you up Hank!”

I told y’all I was going to cop these!  Went to downtown Pomona at The Platform skate shop to pick up a pair.  Thank god too, I did not want to go to the Active shop in …. ugh… Chino Hills.  That place is so fake.

You may ask, “Why are these so special?  It’s just a plain black and white.”  Exactly!  I use to be down with the athletic shoes ie. Jordans’, but after recent years of very mediocre releases, I turn to the skate and casual shoes.  They just fit, feel, and overall, look better than those flashy ones that are seen with the basketball players.

I am glad that they went with a much more plain look.  The shoes are suede and it is missing the safari prints that were present with the past releases.  The bottom soles have the same design as the PRod 3′s but with minor adjustments such as the sewn-on Nike swoosh.

Again, I am very surprised by the lack of coverage on these by the blogs I follow.  I don’t know why nobody talked about this release, but I don’t care.  These are some bad ass shoes that will look good on me.

Man I’m definitely copping these! I can’t believe these came out a week ago and I didn’t see anything on it.

I promised myself a while back to head out to Joshua Tree with my telescope. So far, the only thing I have seen here in LA county is Jupiter, Venus, a very faint Andromeda Galaxy, and my neighbor’s horrible red colored walls in his living room.

The Mighty Mos looking fresh in NYC.  Fitted all the way down, if I was into dandy wear, I would dress like this…. but without the yamaka.  I think because I’m Asian, I wouldn’t get away with it.  I’m more of a kimono and sandles guy.
