Oh oh oh, I believe Bobby Hundreds recently wrote about his appreciation for T.I.T.S.’s wonderful use of women in their designs while criticizing the uptight street fashion designers that treats their line way too seriously.  I have been saying that for a while but the main difference between me and Bobby is that he actually designs clothes while I just sit on my ass and critique fashion.  So that means, if Bobby says something, you better be motherfuckin’ listening.  If I say something, you should probably check my sources.

Beat the heat by showing your meat!……. ugh.  I just woke up.  Sorry.  I apologize.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World gained some heat at Comic-Con 2010 for their comic book feeling brought into the real world.  I saw the trailer and it looks pretty good.  Michael Cera (who’s fashion  is underrated), Jason Schwartzman (one of the best dressers in the biz), and Chris Evans (nothing special but was pretty cool in the movie Push) are featured in this hilarious photo set at GQ.com.

I did a preview of this watch a while back and now it is finally released.  There are two types of watches in this collection.  The Vintage Original has the silver casing and the Vintage Heritage is the matte black one.  Both are extremely cool and would look totally awesome when I am wearing my leather driving gloves….

Ahhh! My Japanese cousin! Even though the interviewer is really inadequate when it comes to the English language, it’s still pretty to cool to watch Yone take pictures of hot chicks.

These are pretty fresh looking.  It has the old school Chuck’s look I used to sport.

The classic PF Flyers Center Hi has evolved into the The PF Flyers Double Tongue which is a 1953 icon but with a 2010 styling.  The high top sneaker has twin leather tongues that are pierced for laces and flip to reveal color. It also has full grain leather detailing from eyerow to toecap and a stitch detail of the PF Flyers heritage chevron on the side of the shoe.

Here’s Jason Sudeikis looking extra cool with that plaid dress shirt.  The $80 shirt is a Banana Republic.  Very surprising as I prematurely assumed that Banana Republic only specializes in “island wear”.  The tie also looks pretty cool too.  It’s made by The Tie Bar and it would run you $15.  Now that’s a great price!

After watching that whole LeBron James bullshit, I came to this conclusion….. Chris Bosh is the best dressed player in the NBA.  He has made the most of every television appearance by looking absolutely sharp and consistent.  Bosh has basically upstaged Wade and James; the self-proclaimed best dressers in the NBA.  I love it when Wade keeps it simple, but when he starts wearing band aids, South Beach hats, and lined up red jackets, it is pretty obvious that his fashion adviser can’t keep Wade’s “pimp” mentality in check.  As for LeBron James, the only time he started to dress decent was after GQ got a hold of him.  But not even GQ can hold down his immature attitude towards dressing.  Just google LeBron James MVP shirt.

Eco-friendly items are the craze now because of impending environmental doom.  I still believe zombie apocalypse is more likely than an environmental disaster.

Veja releases their eco-friendly bags made from agriculture products that did not receive pesticides or other environmental harming chemicals.  I don’t know how that makes a difference when the plant gets turned into a bag but hell, whatever floats your boat.  These bags do look pretty good and would do wonders for me when I go on my weekly shoplifting tour of the local supermarket.

For the fall 2010 season, New Balance Lifestyle is reintroducing the popular heritage running 320 silhouette for the first time since the 1970s. Originally released in 1976 for men and in 1978 for women, the 320 was revolutionary for its time and changed the course of New Balance history.

Running for fitness was becoming an increasingly popular trend, and the 1976 Olympics in Montreal got millions of Americans excited about athletics. The 320 catapulted the brand to the forefront of modern athletic shoe design and was the first New Balance silhouette to sport the “N” logo.

In October 1976, the New Balance 320 was rated the #1 running shoe by Runner’s World magazine, citing its highly stable flared heel, forefoot cushioning and width sizing.  The #1 rating from Runner’s World drove sales through the roof and telephone calls and telegrams poured in. Everyone wanted the New Balance 320 and in 1976 the suggested retail price of the 320 was $32.00, laying the groundwork for the New Balance naming system (i.e. model numbers of the shoes were the original prices).

In 1978, NB created a specific women’s last for the 320 and in addition to being named #1 by Runner’s World, the 320 quickly became notable in the industry as the first running shoe that was designed exclusively for women. The creation of separate men’s and women’s lasts allowed for a snugger and more natural fit which allowed for the deconstructed and soft material used in today’s reissues.

You know what my favorite piece is? You got it! The fat boy carrying the bomb!  HAR HAR HAR! Fat people are hilarious.

Now this is what I’m talking about.  The umbrella can’t stop everything so I always wore my Ralph Lauren jacket.  Even though it works fine during the rain, it’s not water repellent.  The jacket gains extra un-needed weight and has to be dried after use.  That’s why a rain jacket is so essential to a man’s wardrobe.

My favorite pieces above is the rain jacket designed by Gant Rugger and shirt by J.Crew (which is the same exact one I have).

Oh the awesome looking clothing that are released in the colder months.  I prefer the warmer weather over the cold weather any day, but when it comes to clothes, the winter months got it beat!  Layers and accessories just makes your ensemble look sharp.  The guys at 45RPM does the hooded sweater right with the button ups rather than zippers.  You can see that the recession greatly influence this style with the knit caps, plaid shirts, and denim.  I love this style of fashion which concentrates on proper usage of clothing combined with layering.
