If I had to pick sides, I go with Megan Fox.  Michael Bay movies are idiotic and Transformers movies are vastly overrated.  You can read about the quarrel they are having at the postchronicle.com

On a good note, we might see Michael Bay release that audition video where he made Megan Fox wash his car.
