“Divided We Fall” is the main theme for Triumvir’s Spring 2010 lookbook. The collection is broken into three pieces which represents branches of the military (Army, Airborne, and Navy). The first collection is released on March 15 followed by the second in one month intervals.
Triumvir’s new release is solid and I really do like it. They use a minimalistic approach to designing their piece and have consistently matured through each collection release. The 4 pocket zip up jacket has that World War II style to it. It looks like a wool jacket but I’m not sure. The “Warrior Division” hoodie looks hard. The flannels are always a favorite of mine. They also have the solid denim color long sleeves with the sharp outline stitching.
Here is the press release for the release:
Triumvir presents its Spring 2010 Divided We Fall collection which is separated into three deliveries that feature three branches of the military (Army, Airborne, and Navy, respectively). Using a minimalistic approach in aesthetics, Triumvir further refines its tailoring while translating a cool, masculine attitude with its apparel. With the brand’s trademark historical allusions, the collection revisits styles of the past with contemporary menswear ideals. Divide We Fall is juxtaposition between our American heritage and the present.
• In accordance to Triumvir’s attention to quality, all apparel is produced domestically in southern California.
