HBO’s How To Make It In America

February 13th, 2010 Hoang

Check out more information on the show at hbo.com.

Ep. 01: Inside the Episode

Let’s put Kid Cudi, two guy best friends in their 20′s trying to become rich, and you got instant connection with all of the street fashion designers in America.  I got good faith that if HBO is producing this, than it should be good.  Plus Luis Guzman is in it.  He is usually hilarious.

Hopefully it doesn’t turn out to be the same writing structure of Entourage.  I’ll cash in my only cynical card this year, especially for Entourage.  Here is the storyline structure for Entourage.

1.  This is going to be a great day started out with breakfast.

2.  Oh no, something not terrible but an inconvenience just happened.

3.  It doesn’t look the problem will be fixed.  Oh no.

4.  Last two minutes, everything turned out great!  Endings involve sex, Martin Scorsese, and unrealistic relationships between hot women and Turtle.
